Policies of Reservations and Payment
In order to make a reservation in any of our Hotels, this should be done by e-mail or Fax to the directions listed below. Only prepaid reservations are confirmed. All reservations have to be prepaid 21 workdays before arrival of your client. In order to confirm your reservation, please send the bank deposit slip to the fax numbers listed below. For last minute reservations, you will need to give us a credit card number, which will be used to hold the first night only, until your bank deposit arrives in our accounts, and it is proved by our financial department.
Rates are indicated in US Dollars.
Rates do not include 13% of government tax.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation must be received in writing via fax or email by our Reservation Office.
Cancellation received prior to the prepayment date (30 days prior during High Season,15 days prior during Green Season) will be fully credit, but the Hotel reserves the right
to apply an US$ 30,-administration fee.
Cancellation not received prior to the prepayment date:
For Individuals:
High Season:
29 to 16 days before arrival: 50% credit.
15 to 7 days before arrival: 25% credit.
7 to 0 days before arrival: no credit to be apply.
Green Season:
15 to 7 days before arrival: 50% credit.
7 to 0 days before arrival: nocredit to be apply.
No Show
In case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Maximum people in one room
Master Suite:
3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
Junior Suite:
- 2 adults + 1 children (Rollaway bed) “*”
Corporate room (Standard):
4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
Luxury room:
1 or 2 adults
Additional Person
$ 20 USD + tax, including breakfast
Rollaway bed $30 USD+ tax “*”
Prices include continental breakfast. Only one rollaway bed per room is permitted.
Children
Children from 0-6 years no additional charge
Children from 6-12 years: $ 20 + tax, including breakfast
