Policies of Reservations and Payment
In order to make a reservation in any of our Hotels, this should be done by e-mail or Fax to the directions listed below. Only prepaid reservations are confirmed. All reservations have to be prepaid 21 workdays before arrival of your client. In order to confirm your reservation, please send the bank deposit slip to the fax numbers listed below. For last minute reservations, you will need to give us a credit card number, which will be used to hold the first night only, until your bank deposit arrives in our accounts, and it is proved by our financial department.
Cancellation Policies
For Agencies:
- - If your reservation is canceled 21 days or earlier, before the reservation date, 100% will be refunded.
- - If your reservation is canceled between the 20th day and 15th day before the reservation date, 50% will be refunded.
- - If your reservation is canceled between the 14th day and 1st day before the arrival of the client, NO refund will be possible.
- - For Direct Clients:
- - If your reservation is canceled 15 days or earlier, before the reservation date, 100% will be refunded.
- - If your reservation is canceled between the 14th day and 10th day before the reservation date, 50% will be refunded.
- - If your reservation is canceled between the 9th day and 1st day before the reservation date, NO refund will be possible.
- - Reservations practiced in any other way will not be refunded.
- - All refunds will be returned to you 2 weeks after approval, by means of check.
- - Prices are subject to change without previous notice.
